GONG CHA VN APP MEMBERSHIP POLICY
A. REWARD POINTS
The Gong Cha VN membership points program allows you to earn points and redeem them for attractive rewards and special offers from Gong Cha. For every receipt at our stores, you will earn points equivalent to the amount you paid.
The app records two types of points:
- Tier Points:
Used to determine your membership tier.
Point calculation: 10,000 VND = 1 Tea Leaf. - Reward Points:
Used to redeem gifts and rewards.
Point calculation: as shown in the table below.

You can conveniently check your accumulated points in the “Membership Tier” or “Reward Boba” sections to see the exact number of Tea Leaves or Boba you have earned, as well as your current membership benefits.

B. MEMBERSHIP TIERS AND BENEFITS
The app offers three membership tiers, each with different benefits. Membership tier is determined by the total amount a customer spends at the store network:

This offer applies to members who have accumulated at least 100 Tea Leaves (equivalent to spending 1,000,000 VND) in their account. Accumulate Boba points to redeem attractive rewards from Gong Cha. |
| Red – Member | When you accumulate 500 Tea Leaves (equivalent to spending 5,000,000 VND), your membership will be upgraded to Red–Member. | Receive a free medium-sized drink voucher on your birthday. This offer is valid for members who have accumulated at least 100 Tea Leaves (equivalent to spending 1,000,000 VND) in their account. Accumulate Boba points to redeem attractive rewards from Gong Cha; Boba points are multiplied by 1.2 when earned. Other exclusive offers are available only for Red–Members. (According to Gong Cha Vietnam’s policy, customers may also receive additional rewards or gifts on special occasions such as holidays and Lunar New Year.) |

C. MEMBERSHIP TIER RULES
The system automatically evaluates points and membership tiers on a 365-day cycle from the date of tier assessment. After accumulating points, you will be upgraded to a higher membership tier with more exclusive benefits corresponding to the tier achieved.
If you do not accumulate enough points as required, the system will assign your membership tier according to the following rules:

Membership tiers will change based on the number of Tea Leaves you have accumulated by the tier assessment date. Each account has its own assessment date, following a 365-day cycle from the date of tier upgrade or downgrade. If you do not accumulate any additional Tea Leaves, your membership tier will revert to the lowest tier, E–Member. After being downgraded, you can continue to accumulate points to upgrade your tier as usual.
