- Gong Cha will always keep customer information confidential and comply with all relevant legal regulations regarding information privacy.
- Gong Cha may disclose personal information for the purpose of handling customer complaints to:
- Departments under Gong Cha Vietnam;
- Authorized third parties officially appointed by Gong Cha Vietnam to resolve serious complaints.
